We appreciate your business and always strive to do everything in our power to assist you to be successful and profitable in your jewelry business. Please review the following policies and thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Minimum Order/Reorder

Our minimum order/reorder is only $200. When placing an order, please comply with this minimum.

Policy

You may return order/merchandise within 1 week from the date the order was received. We will not accept any returned packages without a RMA# issued by us. (Please see Procedure below for more details). All returned package must be shipped with a tracking number. (i.e. UPS, FedEx, other method with insured and tracking number). Used or displayed merchandise can not be returned, no exception. Returned order/merchandise will be charge 20% re-stocking fee of order/item value. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable, unless it is the result of our fault or mistake. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges of the returning order/ merchandise. Return Shipment with COD will not be accepted.

Procedure

Email us at joanie2047@yahoo.com in advance and state which order or merchandise will be returned, we will issue you a RMA# which you will include in your return to ensure proper return procedure. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging to receive full refund. Make sure you send the package back to us with a tracking number, we will not be held responsible if the shipment is lost. Refund will be issued only when we receive the returned merchandise. You will be credited back with the original amount minus shipping costs and re-stocking fee.

Merchandise Exchange

We exchange merchandise only if there are manufacturing defects. If the item is no longer available, an item of similar appearance and equal value will be substituted. No exchanges will be provided to merchandise damaged by negligence.

Dynamic Expressions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove portions of our Terms & Conditions at anytime without prior notification.

The entire Content of this website is copyrighted as a collective work under U.S. copyright laws, and dynamicexpressions.biz owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of the Content. No content from dynamicexpressions.biz may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, copied, and publicly displayed without first obtaining the permission from Dynamic Expressions.

To purchase any products on dynamicexpressions.biz, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable state age of majority. Prior to the purchase of any products on our website, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (I) your name as it appears on the car, (II) your credit car number, (III) the credit card type, (IV) the date of expiration and (V) any verification numbers or codes needed to charge your card. By submitting that information to dynamicexpressions.biz, you hereby agree that you authorize Dynamic Expressions to charge your card at our convenience.

All payments must be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Dynamic Expressions currently does not accept cash, checks or any other payment form unless prior authorization is obtained. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. If Dynamic Expressions does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Dynamic Expressions. You are responsible for paying any government taxes imposed on your purchased, including, but not limited to, sales, use or value-added taxes. Dynamic Expressions shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to address within California.

Dynamic Expressions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Dynamic Expressions further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Dynamic Expressions may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Dynamic Expressions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, discount, or any other incorrect information or typographical errors.

You agree that Dynamic Expressions in its sole discretion may terminate your account or use of the service for any reason, including, without limitation, if Dynamic Expressions believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement of Terms & Conditions. Dynamic Expressions may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the service under any provision of this agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Dynamic Expressions may immediately deactivate or delete your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to or application of any conflict of laws provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Montgomery County, in the State of Texas. Any attempt by you to assign, transfer or delegate this Terms of Use shall be null and void. Dynamic Expressions may freely assign this Terms & Conditions without consent or notice. These Terms & Conditions (including all documents expressly incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited, to the relevant Usage Rules) constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between Dynamic Expressions and you with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral or written understandings, communications or agreements not specifically incorporated herein.
